Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered at the same time;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered several goods under one order and these were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@dorelyn.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any costs for you.
We may refuse the reimbursement until we:
have received the returned goods, or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, depending on which occurs earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of 30 days.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which is subject to fluctuations in the market;
for the supply of newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions
The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely for contracts:
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
