Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by [largest postal courier of your respective country].

All shipping times exclude any possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my parcel?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after several days, customer service can be contacted.
